Komaspec strengthens global manufacturing with new Vietnam facility

Komaspec has opened a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Hai Phong, Vietnam, expanding its contract manufacturing capacity and global footprint. The site offers deep-water port access and proximity to China’s electronics supply chain, enabling dual-sourcing under a unified quality management system. 

Strategically located within one of Vietnam’s fastest-growing industrial zones, the new facility enhances operational agility, logistics efficiency, and supply chain resilience.

The Vietnam facility, Komaspec’s second international base alongside China, will create roughly 100 new jobs, bringing the company’s dedicated manufacturing workforce to over 375 employees. 

It delivers full turnkey solutions, including sheet metal fabrication, mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, and high-quality plastic injection molding. All products are inspected and shipped directly from the facility, maintaining stringent quality standards and full traceability across production lines.

Mirroring the company’s China operations, Komaspec Vietnam integrates advanced automation, digital workflows, and rigorous quality management systems, ensuring consistent, high-performance output. 

This expansion enhances Komaspec’s ability to serve OEMs, SMEs, and multinational clients with medium- to high-volume production requirements, combining efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
